摘 要:目的探讨复合微创植骨在四肢闭合粉碎性骨折切开复位内固定术治疗的临床应用与疗效分析。方法回顾性分析我院2014年3月—2018 年6 月收治的120 例四肢骨干闭合粉碎性骨折需切开复位内固定术及植骨治疗的患者,其中作为研究组应用复合微创植骨治疗的患者60 例,作为对照组应用传统取髂骨植骨术治疗的患者60 例,观察比较两组患者在手术时间、术中出血量、术后骨折愈合时间上的差异。结果(1)研究组与对照组两者相比较,在手术时间上差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05);(2)对照组术中出血量明显多于研究组,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05);(3)对照组术后骨折愈合时间明显长于研究组,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论复合微创植骨术与传统取髂骨植骨术相比,在四肢粉碎性骨折植骨治疗过程中,具有手术创伤小,能有效存进骨折愈合,缩短骨折愈合时间及手术时间,获取较好的治疗效果,临床疗效显著,是一种可行的治疗方案,可为临床四肢骨干闭合粉碎性骨折患者的植骨治疗提供新的思路。Objective To study the composite minimally invasive bone graft in closed open reduction and internal fixation to treat comminuted fractures of the limbs clinical application and curative effect analysis. Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital in March 2014 - June 2018,120 patients limbs backbone closed comminuted fracture to open reduction and internal fixation and bone graft to treat patients, including as a composite of minimally invasive treatment of patients with bone graft group application 60 example, as a reference group applied traditional take 60 patients with iliac bone graft surgery treatment, compare two groups of patients in the operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative fracture healing time differences. Results (1) compared with control group both study group, there was statistically significant difference in operative time (P < 0.05);(2) the bleeding amount of control group significantly more than group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05);(3) the control group significantly longer than the team, postoperative fracture healing time difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Compound minimally invasive bone graft surgery compared with the traditional take iliac crest bone graft surgery, in the process of limb bone graft to treat comminuted fractures, with a small surgical trauma, can effectively save into the fracture healing, shorten fracture healing time, obtain good treatment effect, clinical curative effect is distinct, it is a feasible treatment, can provide clinical backbone closure in patients with comminuted fracture of the limbs bone graft treatment to provide new ideas.
