摘　　要：目的分析氮卓斯汀鼻喷剂联合氯雷他定治疗过敏性鼻炎的效果。方法选取2017 年3 月—2018 年4 月266 例过敏性鼻炎患者,根据随机抽样法分组,观察组采用氮卓斯汀鼻喷剂联合氯雷他定用药方案,对照组采用氮卓斯汀鼻喷剂,对比2 组临床疗效。结果观察组与对照组总有效率(93.23% vs . 83.46%)存在显著差异(P < 0.05);观察组治疗后喷嚏、鼻塞症状评分均显著低于对照组治疗后(P < 0.05);2 组治疗期间均无明显不良反应。结论氮卓斯汀鼻喷剂联合氯雷他定,可改善临床症状,提高临床疗效,用药安全性高,是理想的联合用药方案。Objective To analyze the efficacy of azostatin nasal spray combined with loratadine in the treatment of allergic rhinitis. Methods 266 patients with allergic rhinitis from March 2017 to April 2018 were divided into two groups by double blind method. The observation group was treated with azostine nasal spray combined loratadine, and the control group was treated with azostine nasal spray. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate (93.23% vs . 83.46%) of the observation group was significantly different from that of the control group (P < 0.05);The scores of sneezing and nasal obstruction symptoms in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05);There were no significant adverse reactions during the treatment of the two groups. Conclusion Azolastine nasal spray combined with loratadine can improve clinical symptoms, improve clinical efficacy, and have high safety. It is an ideal combination drug regimen.
