摘　　要：目的探讨左旋甲状腺素治疗亚临床甲减的临床疗效。方法选取我院收治的120 例亚临床甲减患者,按照不同治疗方法将其分为对照组(n =60)和观察组(n =60),对照组患者仅给予常规治疗,观察组患者除常规治疗以外再给予左旋甲状腺素进行治疗。结果观察组临床有效率(95%)明显比对照组临床有效率(75%)更高,差异具有统计学意义(P < 0.05);治疗前,两组患者FT3、TSH、FT4 表现相近而无明显差异(P > 0.05),治疗后,观察组TSH 升高及FT3、FT4 下降水平比对照组更为明显,差异具有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论采取左旋甲状腺素治疗亚临床甲减可有效改善患者甲状腺激素水平。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of levothyroxine in the treatment of subclinical hypothyroidism. Methods 120 patients with subclinical hypothyroidism in our hospital were divided into control group (n = 60) and observation group (n = 60) according to different treatment methods. The patients in control group were given routine treatment only, and the patients in observation group were given levothyroxine besides routine treatment. Results The clinical effective rate of the observation group (95%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (75%) with statistical significance (P < 0.05);before treatment, the performance of FT3, TSH and FT4 in the two groups was similar but not significantly different (P > 0.05). After treatment, the increase of TSH and the decrease of FT3 and FT4 in the observation group were more obvious than that in the control group, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion Levothyroidin can effectively improve the thyroid hormone level in patients with subclinical hypothyroidism.
