摘　　要：目的探析ICU 患者经膀胱腹内压监测方法及护理效果。方法选取2016 年11 月—2018 年12 月本院接收的ICU 患者80 例为研究对象,随机分为两组,各40 例,对照组采取传统经膀胱腹内压监测,研究组则接受改良经膀胱腹内压监测方法,对比两组救治成功率、死亡率及并发症发生率。结果研究组与对照组抢救成功率比较,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05);在并发症发生率方面,对照组是27.50%,研究组是7.50%,研究组较对照组更低,与此同时,研究组ICU 停留时间显著低于对照组(P < 0.05)。结论 ICU 患者治疗期间,通过经膀胱腹内压监测方法并联合相应的护理对策,有助于抢救成功率的提高,缩短ICU 停留时间,避免其他疾病的发生。Objective To explore the monitoring method and nursing effect of intra-abdominal pressure of ICU patients through bladder. Methods 80 ICU patients received in our hospital from November 2016 to December 2018 were randomly divided into two groups, 40 cases in each group. The control group was monitored by traditional intravesical pressure monitoring, while the research group was monitored by improved intravesical pressure monitoring method. The success rate, mortality rate and complication rate of the two groups were compared. Results There was a significant difference in the success rate of rescue between the study group and the control group (P < 0.05). The incidence of complications was 27.50% in the control group and 7.50% in the study group, which was lower in the study group than in the control group. Meanwhile, the ICU stay time in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion During the treatment of ICU patients, the monitoring method of intraabdominal pressure through bladder combined with corresponding nursing strategies can help to improve the success rate of rescue, shorten the duration of ICU stay and avoid other diseases.
