摘  要:针对未来高速无线通信系统的应用需求,介绍了太赫兹固态电路的特点,设计了一种基于太赫兹波导波正交模转换器(OMT)的太赫兹固态全双工通信系统。针对系统架构设计的关键技术及难点问题进行了详细说明。为了解决现有太赫兹通信系统单天线无法同时实现发射接收双重功能的难题,提出了太赫兹全双工通信系统的新型架构,并对核心电路220GHz太赫兹波导波正交模转换器和220GHz太赫兹分谐波混频器进行了精确建模和仿真,阐述了太赫兹全双工通信系统的工作原理,证明了系统设计的合理性。Aiming at the application requirements of future high-speed wireless communication systems,the characteristics of terahertz solid-state circuits are introduced,and a terahertz solid-state full-duplex communication system based on terahertz waveguide orthogonal mode converter (OMT) is designed.The key technologies and difficulties of system architecture design are described in detail.In order to solve the problem that the single antenna of the existing terahertz communication system cannot realize the dual functions of transmitting and receiving at the same time,a new architecture of terahertz full duplex communication system is proposed.The 220 GHz terahertz waveguide orthogonal mode converter and 220 GHz terahertz sub-harmonic mixer of core circuits are accurately modeled and simulated.The working principle of terahertz full duplex communication system proves the rationality of system design.
