摘  要:为了提取粉煤灰中的铝元素,采用碳酸钠与粉煤灰焙烧活化技术,经酸解、中和、过滤、碱沉淀、干燥、煅烧后合成氧化铝,并使用XRD扫描电镜和红外光谱对产品晶型、形貌和结构进行表征。研究结果表明,当碳酸钠与粉煤灰的原料比为1∶1(质量比)时,于马弗炉中以温度为700℃煅烧2 h,并采用浓度为4 mol/L的硫酸反应3 h后合成氧化铝,铝提取率达95%,合成的氧化铝为片状体。The authors extract aluminum from coal ash by activating and roasting coal ash with sodium carbonate, and synthesized alumina through acidolysis, neutralization, filtration, alkali precipitation, drying and calcination, and the crystal form, morphology and structure of the product were characterized by XRD SEM and infrared spectroscopy. The results showed that after roasting sodium carbonate and coal ash in muffle furnace for 2 h at 700 ℃ when the mass ratio of sodium carbonate and coal ash was 1∶1 and synthesizing alumina by reacting with sulfuric acid whose concentration was 4 mol/L for 3 h, the aluminum extracting yield was 95% and the synthesized alumina was slabbing.
