摘  要:介绍了干法选煤的概况,概述了风力跳汰干选系统的工作流程与结构特点,从分选床、恒压风装置、给料装置和排料装置、同位素射线测控、系统控制等方面阐述了FTG风力跳汰干选结构的设计方法,分析了关键技术与创新点,并介绍了相关技术优势。工业应用效果表明,FTG风力跳汰干法选煤系统分选效果好,能进行原煤脱硫,可有效清除原煤中含有的大部分硫铁矿,从而有效降低动力煤直接燃烧后SO2的排放,具有显著的社会效益和经济效益。This paper introduced the general situation of dry coal preparation, summarized the working process and structure characteristics of wind jigging dry preparation system, from the separation bed, constant pressure air separation device, feeding device and discharging device, isotope X-ray measurement and control, system control and other aspects, this paper expounded the FTG wind jigging dry separation method of structure design, analyzed the key technology and innovation points, and introduced the related technical advantage. Industrial application results showed that FTG wind jigging dry separation system had a good separation effect and desulfurization ability of raw coal, which can effectively remove most pyrite contained in raw coal and effectively reduce SO2 emission after direct combustion of thermal coal, with significant social and economic benefits.
