摘 要:为了提高近距离煤层合并综放工作面顶煤采出率、降低含矸率,以袁店一井煤矿822综放工作面为背景,采用PFC2D数值模拟软件对3种不同放煤步距和5种不同放煤方式的顶煤采出率和含矸率进行了对比分析。研究结果表明,当822工作面夹矸厚度2 m、顶煤厚度3 m时,合理放煤步距为两采一放(1.2 m),合理放煤方式为单轮间隔放煤;工作面无论采用何种放煤工艺,都必须要将顶煤下方的夹矸放出后,才能放出顶煤,顶煤含矸率最低理论值为54.35%。In order to improve the top coal recovery rate and decrease the gangue content in fully mechanized caving face of close-distance combined coal seams, the PFC2 D software was used to comparatively analyze the top coal recovery rate and gangue content under three kinds of different top coal caving step distance and five kinds of different caving method based on the 822 fully mechanized caving face in Yuandian No.1 Coal Mine. The results showed that when the dirt band thickness of 822 working face was 2 m and the top coal seam thickness was 3 m, the rational top coal caving step distance was two times mining and one time caving(1.6 m), the rational top coal caving method was single-interval caving. The dirt band should be caved first and then the top coal caved secondary no matter which kind of caving technology was used, the minimum theoretical value of gangue content of top coal was 54.35%.
