摘 要:采用结团絮凝工艺对两种不同性质(直接耐酸大红4BS、活性嫩黄K-4G)的染料废水进行实验研究。结果表明,结团絮凝工艺处理4BS模拟废水,投药量小于普通絮凝工艺,脱色率可达到96%,能承受较大的水力负荷,且系统能持续稳定运行;结团絮凝工艺处理K-4G模拟废水,投药量大,脱色率为87.5%。与石英砂微絮凝工艺对两种染料废水的处理效果相比,结团絮凝工艺具有投药量较小、脱色率高、承受水力负荷较高以及稳定运行时间长等优势。Experiments were conducted to study pellet coagulation process in treating two kinds(direct acid-resistant red 4BS and active yellow K-4G )of simulated dye wastewater.The results indicated that the simulated dye wastewater of direct acid-resistant red 4BS,drug dosage was lower than traditional flocculation.Decolorization ratio was high to 96%,the system can undergo a high hydraulic load and run stably;the simulated dye wastewater of active yellow K-4G,drug dosage was high and decolorization ratio was only 87.5%;Compared with the quartz sand microflocculation in treating two kinds of simulated dye wastewater,pellet coagulation process has many advantages,such as small dosage,high decolorization rate,high hydraulic load and long stable running time.
