摘 要:通过亚麻油酸和丙烯酸分步酯化再与丙烯酸酯类单体自由基接枝共聚改性环氧树脂E20,制备自乳型常温固化环氧酯-丙烯酸树脂(EGA)。讨论了制备中间体(EM)的最优工艺、EM与丙烯酸酯类单体最佳质量比等对漆膜化学物理性能的影响。结果表明,较佳合成条件为:亚麻油酸、丙烯酸、环氧树脂E20质量比35∶10∶55,酯化温度120℃。EM与丙烯酸酯类单体质量比1∶0.4,接枝温度95℃。此条件下接枝共聚得到的乳液粒径平均80nm,乳液稳定性良好。常温固化时长24h,漆膜硬度可达到2H,耐盐雾性能可达72h以上。与市售物混环氧酯-丙烯酸树脂涂料相比,接枝共聚改性使树脂的交联密度增加,增强环氧酯-丙烯酸树脂的耐盐雾和耐冲击性等机械性能。The self-dairy room temperature curing epoxy ester-acrylic resin (EGA) was prepared by stepwise esterification of linoleic acid and acrylic acid followed by free radical graft copolymerization of acrylate monomer to modify epoxy resin E20.The optimum process for the preparation of intermediates (EM),the optimum mass ratio of EM to acrylate monomers,etc.,were discussed.The result showed that the optimum synthesis conditions were determined as follows:the optimum mass ratio of linoleic acid,acrylic acid and epoxy resin E20 was 35 ∶10 ∶55,and the optimum temperature for esterification was 120 ℃.The optimum mass ratio of EM to acrylate monomer is 1 ∶0.4,and the grafting temperature is 95 ℃.Under this condition,the emulsion obtained by graft copolymerization has an average particle size of 80 nm,and the emulsion stability is good.The curing time at room temperature is 24 h,the hardness of the paint film can reach 2H,and the salt spray resistance can reach 72 h or more.Compared with the commercially available epoxy ester-acrylic resin coating,the graft copolymerization modification can increase the crosslinking density of the resin,thereby enhancing the mechanical properties such as salt spray resistance and impact resistance of the epoxy ester-acrylic resin.
