摘  要:以聚乙二醇丙烯酸酯、马来酸疏水长链单体制备乙二醇丙烯酸酯-丙烯酰胺-烷基疏水单体聚合物。研究了聚合物的合成工艺及单体浓度、含量、摩尔比等因素对降粘效果的影响。结果表明,在水溶性高分子乳化剂的测试中,以油水体积比7∶3,加量为0.08%时,乳化降粘效果超过98%,在常规33000~45000mg/L矿化度下,对降粘效果影响较小;矿化度超过100180mg/L时,乳化效果明显受到矿物离子的抑制。在180℃和24h处理后高分子乳化剂降粘率下降约3%,维持在95%以上,分子结构在高温下保持较好,依旧具有很好的乳化稠油能力。Polymer of ethylene glycol methyl acrylate-acrylamide-alkyl hydrophobic monomer was prepared with polyethylene glycol methyl ether methacrylate and maleic acid hydrophobic long chain monomer.The effects of synthesis process,monomer concentration,content and molar ratio on the viscosity reduction of the water-soluble polymer were studied.The results show that when the oil-water ratio is 7 ∶3 and the dosage is 0.08%,the emulsifying effect is more than 98%.Under the conventional salinity of 33 000~ 45 000 mg/L,the effect of viscosity reduction is slight.When the salinity of the experiment is more than 100 180 mg/L,the emulsifying effect is obviously inhibited by mineral ions.In the temperature test,the viscosity reduction rate of polymer emulsifier decreased by about 3% after 180 ℃ and 24 h treatment,and maintained above 95%.The molecular structure remained good at high temperature,and it still had good emulsifying ability for heavy oil.
