摘 要:使用液相超声剥离方法高效、快速、方便的制备了二维三氧化钼(2D-MoO3),所得2D-MoO3材料大约为4~6层纳米片;采用超声分散法制备了纳米铝(n-Al)/2D-MoO3基纳米含能材料,扫描电镜测试表面(SEM)发现,n-Al分散于2D-MoO3纳米片表面,分散性较好;最后使用差示扫描量热(DSC)方法测定了所得纳米含能材料热行为,发现所制备的含能材料放热较为集中、反应起始早(起始温度低),证实2DMoO3纳米片能极大增加反应活性,显示2D材料对改善异质含能组分间界面接触具有显著作用。展示了类石墨烯二维材料在纳米含能材料中巨大研究价值,为新型纳米含能材料制备提供了新思路。2D molybdenum trioxide (2D-MoO3,proved by UV-vis spectrum and AFM evaluation) via liquid phase sonication,with higher efficiency,fast rate and larger convenience.The 2D-MoO3 nanosheets are about 4~6 layers.Nano-aluminum/2D-MoO3 nanosheet nanoenergetic materials were obtained by liquid dispersion.SEM measurement verified the dispersion between nano-aluminum and 2D-MoO3 nanosheet was well.At last,we used differential scan calorimetry determined the heat reaction behaviors of the nanoenergetic material.The heat reaction rate of the nanoenergetic material is far than that of nano-aluminum /nano-MoO3 formulation by physical mixing;most of reaction is fulfilled prior to the melt point of Aluminum,meaning that 2D nanosheet would elevate interface area remarkably between Al and MoO3.Our work present huge significances of graphene-like two-dimensional materials in nanoenergetic materials,and also give new Horizon for nanoenergetic materials production.
