摘 要:将氯化镁与氨水和氢氧化钠的混合溶液进行水热反应,合成Mg(OH)2,并以催化过氧化氢降解亚甲基蓝为模型反应,考察了其对有机染料废水的脱色性能。结果表明,水热2h合成的Mg(OH)2活性最好,反应150min,脱色率达到98%。进一步以其为研究对象,采用XRD,SEM,N2-吸附脱附等手段对产品的结构进行了表征。XRD结果表明,所获样品为结晶度良好的Mg(OH)2。N2-吸附脱附结果表明,合成的Mg(OH)2具有介孔结构,比表面为40.5m^2/g。SEM结果表明,产品由大量的直径约为150nm的片状晶体所构成。Mg(OH)2的高活性与其表面富含的羟基及其介孔结构和比表面有关。Mg(OH)2 catalyst has been synthesized by hydrothermal method.Here,MgCl2 was used as magnesium raw material,ammonium hydroxide and sodium hydroxide were used as precipitate.The catalytic decomposition of methylene blue in water in the presence of H2O2 was chosen as the model reaction.The results show that the proper reaction time is 2 h.The structure of the best catalyst was characterized by XRD,SEM,and N2 adsorption and desorption experiment.XRD results show that the product is Mg(OH)2.N2 adsorption and desorption results indicate that the product has mesoporous structure with the BET surface area of 40.5 m^2/g.SEM results show that the product is composed of lamellar nano-crystals with average diameter of 150 nm.The high activity of Mg(OH)2 is related to the rich of surface hydroxyl,mesoporous structure and its high specific surface area.
