摘 要:分析了中水回用于火电厂循环冷却水系统时,对凝汽器和管道造成腐蚀的原因,包括氯离子的含量过高,含盐度增加加剧腐蚀、氨氮发生硝化反应产生H^+造成腐蚀、微生物大量繁殖生成微生物粘泥附着在管道上加剧腐蚀、溶解氧含量高等原因;介绍了缓蚀剂的电化学缓蚀机理、成膜机理和吸附膜机理。同时从无机、有机、聚合物三个方面总结了循环冷却水系统常用的缓蚀剂,分析了它们的优缺点以及应用情况,并探讨了其在不同环境介质中的最佳应用条件。介绍了循环冷却水系统新型缓蚀剂聚天冬氨酸和聚环氧琥珀酸。通过查阅文献发现聚天冬氨酸和聚环氧琥珀酸具有无磷、绿色环保、可生物降解、环境相容性好的特性,在循环冷却水系统中具有更好的应用前景。The reasons for the corrosion of condensers and pipelines when reclaimed water is used in the circulating cooling water system of thermal power plants are analyzed,including the excessive content of chloride ions,the increase of salinity,the corrosion,the nitrification of ammonia nitrogen,and the corrosion caused by H^+.Microbial multiplication to produce microbial slime adhered to the pipeline to aggravate corrosion and other reasons;the corrosion inhibition mechanism of corrosion inhibitor,including electrochemical corrosion inhibition mechanism,film formation mechanism and adsorption membrane mechanism.At the same time,the corrosion inhibitors commonly used in circulating cooling water systems were summarized from three aspects:inorganic,organic and polymer.The advantages and disadvantages of the circulating cooling water systems and their applications were analyzed,and the best application conditions in different environmental media were discussed.The new corrosion inhibitors polyaspartic acid and polyepoxysuccinic acid are introduced in circulating cooling water system.By consulting the literature,it was found that polyaspartic acid and polyepoxysuccinic acid have the characteristics of no phosphorus,green environmental protection,biodegradability and good environmental compatibility,and have better application prospects in circulating cooling water systems.
