摘 要:选取市场占有率最大的挤塑聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料板材(XPS)和模塑聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料板材(EPS)为研究对象,对其单体阻燃性能检测过程中排放的挥发性有机物(VOCs)进行采样分析,采用等效丙烯浓度法和最大增量反应活性法(MIR)分析其臭氧生成潜势(OFP),并计算其阈值稀释倍数。结果表明,XPS、EPS检测过程中VOCs排放浓度分别达(88.9±12.5),(194.5±47.4)mg/m^3,其中烷烃为主要成分;按照两种不同OFP计算方法,XPS、EPS检测燃烧过程排放VOCs的OFPs分别为11.2~151.1,27.0~278.1mgO3/m^3,且烷烃的系统贡献率较大;板材燃烧过程中排放的VOCs均存在一定的恶臭污染,其中芳香烃为其主要恶臭成分;经估算,建筑板材检测行业VOCs年排放量高达226.7t,需加强其污染治理。Two kinds of the most common marketable exterior wall insulation boards,expandable polystyrene board(EPS) and extruded polystyrene foam(XPS) were chosen.The volatile organic compounds(VOCs) emitted during the flame retardancy test of these two boards were analyzed.The ozone formation potential(OFP) were analyzed by the equivalent propylene concentration method and the maximum incremental reaction method,calculate the threshold dilution factor of VOCs.The results showed that the total concentration of VOCs emitted by XPS and EPS in the combustion process is (88.9±12.5) and (194.5± 47.4)mg/m^3,respectively.VOCs emissions were mainly alkanes.According to two different OFP calculation methods,the ozone formation potential of EPS and XPS were 11.2~151.1 and 27.0~278.1 mg O3/m^3,alkane system contribution rate is larger;Both XPS and EPS have a certain degree of odor pollution,and aromatics were certified as the main malodorous components;By calculating the annual emission of VOCs in the building board inspection industry is as high as 226.7 t,and it is necessary to strengthen its pollution control.
