摘　　要：目的 探讨单侧开窗双枚cage植骨融合术治疗腰椎退行性疾病的疗效。方法采用单侧开窗双枚cage植骨融合联合双侧椎弓根螺钉固定治疗60例腰椎退行性疾病患者。采用JOA评分判定术后疗效,Suk标准评定椎间融合情况,观察术后椎体间有无移位、椎弓根螺钉和椎间cage位置情况。结果手术时间75~110(92.5±10.8)min。术中出血量90~320(120.5±44.8)ml。患者手术过程顺利,术中无神经血管损伤。60例均获得随访,时间16~28个月。JOA评分术前8~16(12.13±1.76)分,术后3个月22~26(25.4±1.83)分。术后12个月Suk标准评定椎间融合率为100%。末次随访时无椎间不稳,椎弓根螺钉无松动、断裂,椎间cage无移位、塌陷等。结论单侧开窗双枚cage植骨融合术治疗腰椎退行性疾病,疗效良好。Objective To investigate the effect of unilateral fenestration double cages bone graft fusion in the treatment of lumbar degenerative diseases. Methods Sixty cases of lumbar degenerative diseases were treated with unilateral fenestration double cages bone graft fusion combined with bilateral pedicle screw fixation.The JOA score was used to determine the postoperative efficacy,and the Suk standard was used to evaluate the intervertebral fusion,and the position of intervertebral body displacement,pedicle screw and intervertebral fusion cage were observed. Results The operation time was 75~110(92.5±10.8) min.Intraoperative blood loss was 90~320(120.5±44.8) ml.The patient had a smooth operation and no neurovascular injury during the operation.All the 60 patients were followed up for 16~28 months.JOA scores ranged from 8~16(12.13±1.76) before surgery and 22~26(25.4±1.83) at 3 months after surgery.At 12 months postoperation,the intervertebral fusion rate assessed by Suk standard was 100%.At the last follow-up, there were no intervertebral instability,no loosening or fracture of pedicle screw,no displacement or collapse of intervertebral fusion cage,etc. Conclusions Unilateral fenestration and double cages bone graft fusion for lumbar degenerative diseases has a good effect.
