摘  要:目的探讨超声引导下弹性髓内钉固定治疗儿童股骨骨折的临床疗效。方法 对25例股骨骨折患儿在超声引导下采用闭合复位弹性髓内钉固定治疗。结果 患儿全部实现闭合复位内固定,无血管及神经损伤。25例均获得随访,时间6~15个月。骨折均骨性愈合,时间10~16周。无感染、畸形愈合、骨骺损伤等并发症。末次随访时根据Flynn评定标准评定疗效:优22例,良3例。结论 超声可动态观察儿童股骨骨折复位情况,减少创伤,减少透视次数,临床疗效满意。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of ultrasound-guided internal fixation with elastic intramedullary nails in the treatment of femoral fractures in children. Methods The 25 caes with femoral fractures were treated with ultrasound-guided elastic intramedullary nails. Results Closed reduction and internal fixation were achieved without vascular or nerve injury. All 25 cases were followed up for 6~15 months. Bony union was observed in all cases within 10~16 weeks. No complications such as infection, malunion, and epiphyseal injury existed.At the last follow-up, 22 cases were excellent and 3 cases good according to Flynn criteria. Conclusions Ultrasound can dynamically observe the reduction of femoral fracture in children, reduce trauma and fluoroscopy times. The clinical effect is satisfactory.
