摘  要:针对以MOSFET为开关器件的双有源桥DC-DC变换器,提出一种漏感和变压器变比参数的优化设计方法,克服了传统参数优化设计方法无法兼顾计算复杂度和效率优化效果的问题。首先,由无损电路模型推出了双有源桥变换器的参数优化问题,通过损耗成分及最坏工况分析,简化了参数优化问题。然后,推导得到了单移相调制和统一的三移相调制方法的最优电路参数的表达式,可直接计算得到最优参数值。最后,在搭建的1kW双有源桥变换器实验平台,验证两种调制方法下所提参数优化设计方法的有效性。实验结果表明,所提方法与实际最优参数对应的最坏工况效率的最大误差为0.3%,相比传统固定参数方法最坏效率高了2%,有效地提升了双有源桥变换器的效率性能。A parameter optimization method for dual-active-bridge DC-DC converter with MOSFET as switching device is proposed,which overcomes the problem that the traditional parameter optimization method can not give consideration to both simplicity and effectiveness. Firstly,the parameter optimization problem of dual-active-bridge converter was derived from the lossless circuit model. The parameter optimization problem was simplified by analyzing the loss components and considering the worst case. Then,according to the simplified efficiency optimization problem,the expressions of the optimal circuit parameters for single-phase-shift modulation and unified-triple-phase-shift modulation were derived,and the optimal parameters can be directly calculated. Finally,on the experimental platform of 1 k W dual-activebridge converter,the validity of the proposed parameter optimization method was verified under methods of single-phase-shift modulation and unified-triple-phase-shift modulation. The experimental results show that the maximum worst-case efficiency error between the proposed method and the actual optimal parameters is 0. 3%. Compared with the traditional fixed-parameter method,the proposed method has a 2%higher worst-case efficiency,which effectively improves the efficiency performance of the dual-activebridge converter.
