摘  要:针对工作在特高压大直流环境下的大型同步调相机运行时压圈中引起的涡流损耗大,易导致局部过热问题,提出了一种新型铜屏蔽结构。首先,以一台300Mvar同步调相机为例,建立了调相机端部区域三维暂态电磁场计算模型。然后,采用数值模拟方法计算了同步调相机端部磁场及性能参数,得到了调相机端部及结构件的磁密、涡流电密、损耗的分布规律。对比分析了同步调相机额定运行工况下采用传统铜屏蔽和新型铜屏蔽结构时电机端部结构件的电磁性能。结果表明,新型铜屏蔽结构有效阻挡了与压圈交链的端部漏磁场,压圈中的磁密最大值减小了11.1%,压圈中的涡流损耗减小了19.8%,充分验证了新型铜屏蔽结构的有效性,为大型电机定子端部结构件的设计提供了理论依据。Aiming at the stator clamping ring local overheating which caused by increasing eddy current losses in high power synchronous condenser when the motor works under the condition of ultra high voltage direct current(UHVDC), an improved copper screen structure is proposed. Firstly, a 300Mvar synchronous condenser was taken as an example, and the calculation model of 3D transient electromagnetic field of end region was established. Then, the magnetic flux and performance parameters were calculated by numerical simulation method. The distribution of magnetic flux density, eddy current density and losses in the end region was obtained. The electromagnetic properties with different copper screen structures were compared under the rated operating condition. The results show that the improved copper screen structure can effectively shield the leakage magnetic field passing through the clamping ring. The maximum magnetic density is reduced by 11.1% in the clamping ring, and the eddy current losses are reduced by 19.8% in the clamping ring, which prove the effectiveness of the improved copper screen structure and provide theory basis for the design of end structures of large synchronous condenser.
