基于Excel工作簿的精梳毛纺工艺设计

摘　　要：为提高精梳毛纺工艺设计效率,通过设计制作与实验验证,提出了基于Excel软件应用的精梳毛纺工艺设计技术。根据精梳毛纺工艺设计内容与Excel软件功能,在研究Excel工作表对精梳毛纺工艺设计过程所能提供的各项技术支持的基础上,围绕工艺设计功能、工作表结构、操作界面外观3个方面进行设计,并制作成用于精梳毛纺工艺设计的Excel工作簿。结果表明:此项设计技术能取代工艺参数计算过程,自动获取捻缩率预测值,避免各种重复性操作环节,同步生成工艺设计单,使精梳毛纺工艺的设计过程大为简化,设计效率明显提高,为毛纺织生产企业有效缩短新产品的研发周期提供技术支持。In order to improve the efficiency of worsted spinning process design, worsted spinning process design technology based on Excel software was proposed based on design and experimental verification. According to the design content of worsted spinning technology and functions of Excel software, work on the Excel table design process of worsted spinning technology can provide the technical support, on the basis of around process design function, work table structure and interface appearance three aspects to carry on the design, and made into Excel workbook for worsted spinning process design. Results show that the process design technology can replace the process of parameters calculation, obtain the predicted twist shrinkage value automatically, avoid different kind of repetitive operations and generate design process synchronously, which simplify the worsted spinning design process obviously, improve the design efficiency significantly and provide technical support for the wool textile production enterprises in shortening the development period of new products effectively.
