摘  要:分析对比了氯化丝光和氯化树脂防缩处理所获羊毛纤维的防毡缩效果以及其对羊毛纤维结构及性能的影响。利用红外光谱、扫描电子显微镜等测试了处理前后羊毛纤维的组成与结构及拉伸、摩擦和毡缩性变化情况。结果表明:氯化丝光和氯化树脂防缩处理都使羊毛纤维具有理想的防毡缩效果,丝光羊毛纤维和防缩羊毛纤维的定向摩擦效应由18.40%分别下降至4.79%及4.75%。羊毛纤维表面鳞片高度降低且边缘棱角钝化,纤维表面的胱氨酸二硫键被氧化为磺基丙氨酸与半胱氨磺酸盐。此外经过处理的羊毛纤维结晶度及光泽度也有一定提高,但是处理后羊毛纤维的断裂强力均呈下降趋势,尤其是丝光羊毛纤维,断裂伸长率增加。The anti-felting effect of the wool fiber obtained by chlorinated mercerizing and chlorinated resin shrink-proof treatment was compared, and their influence on the structure and properties of the wool fiber was analyzed. The composition and structure of the wool fibers before and after the treatment, as well as the tensile, friction and felting were examined by infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy and the like. The results showed that both the chlorinated mercerizing and the chlorinated resin anti-shrinking treatment give the wool fiber an ideal anti-felting effect, the directional friction effect of the mercerized wool and the shrink-proof wool decreased from 18.40% to 4.79% and 4.75%, respectively. The surface scale of the wool is reduced in height and the edges and corners are passivated, and the cysteine disulfide bond on the surface of the fiber is oxidized to sulfonated alanine and cysteine sulfonate. The crystallinity and luster of the treated wool fiber are also improved, while the breaking strength of the treated wool fibers showed a downward trend, especially for the mercerized wool, and the elongation at break all increased.
