摘 要:将4种不同面密度的无纺衬和针织衬与薄毛型针织物黏合,分别测试不同温度黏衬时,薄毛型针织物的纵、横向热缩率值,分析测试结果。实验得出:薄毛型针织物与衬布黏合时,热缩率与黏衬温度、衬布的类型和衬布的面密度有关;制作薄毛型针织物服装时,为保证服装的尺寸稳定性,需要黏衬工艺,而且不宜选择面密度为120g/m2的针织衬。Lining is an indispensable accessory material in the process of garment making, which can make the garment lighter, more beautiful, more comfortable and straightforward. Grasping shrinkage change of thin wool knitted fabric and interlining can improve garment quality. Four kinds of non-woven and knitted linings with different thicknesses are bonded to thin wool knitted fabrics, the longitudinal and transverse thermal shrinkage values of the lining at different temperatures were tested and analyzed. It is concluded that the shrinkage of thin wool knitted fabrics is related to the bonding temperature, the type of lining and the surface density of lining. So when making thin wool knitted clothing, in order to ensure the size stability, it is necessary to stick the lining process, and it is not suitable to choose the knitting lining with surface density of 120 g/m 2.
