摘 要:使用CO2气体保护焊在Q235钢堆焊一种铁基石墨自润滑涂层,通过在药芯焊丝中添加SiC,利用SiC在电弧及熔池的高温作用下,以原位自生的方式产生石墨润滑相。结果表明,采用添加25wt.%SiC的药芯焊丝制备自润滑涂层时,焊接电流为200A、焊接电压为20-22V、焊接速度为1.5mm/s、单层焊道的宽度为20mm时,最利于堆焊层石墨自润滑相的析出。在此工艺条件下,焊接飞溅小、堆焊层表面成型良好,且自生石墨相分布均匀,石墨相呈球形,尺寸约为8-15μm,最高体积分数约为8%。宏观硬度为38.9HRC。通过在焊丝中添加4wt.%Ni粉时,石墨相体积分数下降至4%,细化石墨相,耐磨性最佳,宏观硬度提高到42.7HRC。当再次添加40wt.%的硼铁粉与15wt.%的碳化硼粉时,石墨自润滑相的体积分数下降至2%,而宏观硬度提升至53.3HRC。An iron-based graphite self-lubricating coating is deposited on Q235 steel by CO2 gas shielded welding. By adding SiC to the flux-cored wire, SiC is generated in situ by the high temperature of arc and molten pool. Graphite lubrication phase. The results show that when the self-lubricating coating is prepared by adding a flux-cored wire of 25 wt.% SiC, the welding current is 200 A, the welding voltage is 20-22 V, the welding speed is 1.5 mm/s, and the width of the single-layer bead is 20 mm. It is most conducive to the precipitation of the self-lubricating phase of the surfacing layer graphite. Under this process condition, the welding spatter is small, the surface of the surfacing layer is well formed, and the self-generated graphite phase is uniformly distributed. The graphite phase is spherical, the size is about 8-15 μm, and the highest volume fraction is about 8%. The macro hardness is 38.9HRC. By adding 4 wt.% Ni powder to the wire, the graphite phase volume fraction is reduced to 4%, the graphite phase is refined, the wear resistance is optimal, and the macro hardness is increased to 42.7HRC. When 40 wt.% of boron iron powder and 15 wt.% of boron carbide powder were added again, the volume fraction of the graphite self-lubricating phase decreased to 2%, and the macro hardness increased to 53.3 HRC.
