摘 要:随着火箭发动机性能要求的不断提高,高温合金等难加工材料复杂构件的应用越来越广泛,这对加工工艺提出了较大挑战。以液氧煤油发动机燃气弯管为对象,开展高温合金大尺寸空间曲面构件电解加工技术研究,通过空间曲面构件电解加工流向控制、区域划分、电极设计及加工间隙流场仿真等技术,实现燃气弯管的高效、高精度加工。With the continuous improvement of the requirements of rocket engines,the application of complex components such as superalloy,which are difficult to process,had become more and more extensive,and posed a great challenge to the processing technology. Taking the pipe of liquid oxygen kerosene engine as the object,a research on the electrochemical processing technology of large-scale space curved surface components of superalloy was carried out,and the efficiently and high-precision machining was achieved by the techniques of flow direction control,region division,electrode design and flow field simulation of machining gap of space curved electrochemical machining.
