摘 要:激光喷丸成形是大型壁板成形的重要手段,大型壁板设计通常直接给出最终的目标形状,需要优先获得壁板的毛坯形状,此过程本质上是对空间复杂曲面进行展平,目前已有的展平方法未考虑到激光喷丸的变形特征,展平后产生的毛坯误差较大。基于激光喷丸的变形机理,结合已有的几何展平方法与有限元理论,提出一种适用于激光喷丸成形工艺的成形件展平方法,经验证,该方法相较于传统展平方法可获得更精确的展平效果。Laser peen forming is an important means of large panel forming technology. The design of large panel usually provides the final target shape directly,so it is necessary to obtain the original blank shape preferentially. The essence of process is to flatten the complex curved surface in space,but the available flatting methods haven’t taken the deformation mechanism of laser peening into account,so the blank error is unnegligible after flattening. In this paper,a flattening method suitable for laser peen forming is proposed based on the deformation mechanism and combined with the available geometric flattening method and finite element theory. After verification,the method shows more accurate flattening results compared with the traditional flattening method.
