摘 要:镍基高温合金因其高强度、高硬度的机械特性在航空航天和现代工业领域广泛应用,适当的表面处理能使其性能和使用寿命得到进一步提高,但现有的表面处理技术对性能的提升程度有限。针对此问题,创新性地提出电脉冲超声复合冲击表面处理方法,对Inconel718高温镍基合金进行表面处理,并采用多种检测手段对处理后的材料表面性能进行表征。检测结果显示,经电脉冲超声复合冲击后的材料表面晶粒细化成纳米晶,且材料表面形貌、硬度、耐磨性得到大幅提升。Ni-based superalloys are widely used in aerospace and modern industries due to its high strength and hardness mechanical properties. The performance and service life can be further improved by suitable surface treatment,while the improvement of surface properties by available surface treatment methods is limited. To solve this problem,the article innovatively proposed a compound electric pulse and ultrasonic impact surface treatment method to treat the surface of Inconel718 Ni-based superalloy,and the comprehensive properties of treated surface materials were characterized by multiple inspection method. Test results showed that the surface grain size was refined into nanometer scale,and the morphology,hardness and wear resistance were greatly improved.
