摘　　要：高等院校的数字化教学资源来源广泛、数据类型丰富且数据量大,将这些资源收集、存储、管理并有效应用是构建资源管理平台的最终目标。文章分析和描述了教学资源管理平台的具体功能需求,给出资源平台的主要功能模块和数据库设计需求,为后续资源管理平台的设计和实现提供依据。Digital teaching resources of colleges and universities have a wide range of sources, abundant data types and large amount of data. Collecting, storing, managing and effectively applying these resources are the ultimate goal of constructing a resource management platform. This paper analyzes and describes in detail the specific functional requirements of the teaching resource platform, gives the function modules of the resource platform and the database design requirements, to provide the basis for the subsequent design and implementation of the resource platform.
