摘 要:提出一种基于两个半导体环形激光器交叉耦合产生带宽增强的混沌光信号的方案,采用数值仿真的方法,得到几种特定参数下的时间序列及功率谱,并研究注入系数对混沌带宽及时间延迟特性的影响.结果表明:在正负频率失谐的情况下,混沌带宽都得到加强,并且有效的抑制混沌信号的时延特征.通过大范围扫描注入参数,可得到带宽最大为16GHz的混沌信号,能显著提高混沌保密通信的传输速率,研究结果可为环形激光器在混沌保密通信中的应用提供一定的理论参考.A scheme of generating bandwidth-enhanced chaotic optical signals by cross-coupling of two semiconductor ring lasers is proposed.Time series and power spectra under several specific parameters are obtained by numerical simulation, and the effects of injection coefficients on chaotic bandwidth and time delay characteristics are studied.The results show that the chaotic bandwidth is enhanced and the time-delay characteristic is effectively suppressed under positive or negative frequency detunning.The chaotic signal with the maximum bandwidth of 16 GHz can be obtained by scanning injection parameters in a wide range, which can significantly improve the transmission rate of chaotic secure communication.These results can provide some theoretical reference for the application of ring laser in chaotic secure communication.
