摘　　要：中海石油华鹤煤化有限公司尿素装置脱氢反应器出口氢含量超标,影响高压洗涤器安全运行。通过分析表明,在脱氢催化剂失效情况下运行的安全状况作出评价是必须的,并提出了一些措施,保证了装置安全稳定运行。The hydrogen content of the dehydrogenation reactor of the urea plant of CNOOC Huahe Coal Chemical Co.,Ltd. exceeded the standard,which affected the safe operation of the high pressure scrubber.Through analysis and demonstration,it is necessary to evaluate the safety status of the operation under the failure of the dehydrogenation catalyst,and some measures are proposed to ensure the safe and stable operation of the device.
