摘　　要：针对中天合创化工分公司2×180万t/a甲醇合成气压缩机透平试车前排气压力过高降不下来的问题,分析了甲醇合成气压缩机透平抽真空负压偏高的原因,阐述了该问题的解决措施,以期为类似装置解决相同的问题提供借鉴。The problem of excessive discharge pressure of 2×1.8 million t/a methanol syngas compressor before the test of Zhongtian Hechuang Chemical Branch is analyzed.This paper analyzes the vacuum pressure of vacuum pump for methanol syngas compressor.The reason for the high level is to explain the solution to the problem,in order to provide reference for similar devices to solve the same problem.
