摘　　要：介绍了一款全新的大剂量热天平。目前热重分析仪测量样品称量范围在0~500mg,不适于研究堆积状态下样品质量随温度变化的各方面性能,本仪器采用阵列式磁芯排布零位式天平,加热炉体内放置不同气流挡板来减小升温过程中的气流扰动及表现增重,设计出新型的500g大剂量热分析仪。This article details a new high-dose thermobalance.At present,the weighing range of the thermogravimetric analyzer is about 0-500mg,which is not suitable for studying various aspects of the sample quality under temperature.The instrument uses an array core to arrange a zero balance to heat the furnace body.Different flow flaps were placed to reduce the airflow disturbance and performance gain during the heating process,and a new 500-gram high-dose thermal analyzer was designed.
