摘 要:TBSI全称为N-叔丁基-双(2-苯并噻唑次磺酰亚胺),属于硫化促进剂,适用于异戊橡胶、顺丁橡胶等碱性较强的炉法炭黑胶料。研究围绕N-叔丁基-双(2-苯并噻唑次磺酰亚胺)的纯度检测展开,基于液相色谱分析进行TBSI(硫化促进剂)的检测,计算液相色谱图的峰面积,即可最终确定TBSI硫化促进剂样品浓度。基于实验,可确定液相色谱分析能够有效分离硫化促进剂与杂质,且具备结果重复性优秀、稳定性优秀特点,能够较好满足TBSI硫化促进剂产品质量控制需要。TBSI is called N-tert-butyl-bis(2-benzothiazole sulfenimide),which is a vulcanization accelerator.It is suitable for isothermal rubber,butadiene rubber and other alkaline carbon black rubber.material.The study focused on the purity detection of N-tert-butyl-bis(2-benzothiazole sulfenimide),based on liquid chromatography analysis of TBSI(vulcanization accelerator),and calculated the peak area of the liquid chromatogram.The TBSI vulcanization accelerator sample concentration can be finalized.Based on experiments,it can be determined that liquid chromatography analysis can effectively separate vulcanization accelerators and impurities, and has excellent repeatability and excellent stability,which can better meet the quality control requirements of TBSI vulcanization accelerator products.
