摘  要:针对目前矿用甲烷断电装置多为单机工作模式、功能单一、可靠性差等缺点,研制了基于CAN总线的甲烷断电装置。该装置采用双电源供电,以STM32单片机为核心,设计了闭锁控制、通信等电路,约定了与其他设备的通信内容,并编写了通信程序。使用KA83J型传感器智能调校装置和ECAN Tools测试甲烷断电装置,结果表明:装置能够可靠闭锁,实现故障上传、参数设定以及远程闭锁控制和3%甲烷风电闭锁功能。In view of the shortcomings of the current methane power off devices for mine use,such as single working mode,single function and poor reliability,a methane power off device based on CAN bus was developed.The device used dual power supply,with STM32 single chip microcomputer as the core,designed the circuit of blocking control,communication,etc.,agreed the content of communication with other equipment,and wrote the communication program.KA83 J sensor intelligent tuning device and ECAN Tools were used to test methane power off device.The results show that the device can reliably block,and realize fault uploading,parameter setting,remote blocking control and 3% methane wind power blocking function.
