摘　　要："十二五"期间,中国热带农业科学院橡胶研究所在中央级基本科研业务费专项的资助下,在科技创新能力、项目孵化、成果产出、人才培养等方面都取得了显著的成效,同时在项目执行与管理过程中也存在一些问题。通过总结经验、分析问题,提出了项目管理的建议,为今后基本科研业务费的管理提供了借鉴与参考。During"the 12 th Five-Year Plan"period,with the support of the Fundamental Research Funds,Rubber Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Tropical Agricultural Sciences had achieved remarkable results in scientific and technological innovation capability,project incubation,output of achievements,and talent training.At the same time,there are also various problems during project implementation and management.Through summing up experience and analyzing problems,this paper puts forward suggestions for project management,thus providing reference for the management of Fundamental Research Funds in the future.
