我国冰壶运动的现实困境与发展策略

摘　　要：加快推进体育强国建设,筹办好北京冬奥会、冬残奥会已成为近五年我国体育事业发展的重点,借此分析我国冰壶运动项目存在的问题,提出切实可行的对策建议,以期促进我国冰壶运动的健康发展。本研究运用文献资料、逻辑分析等研究方法,对我国冰壶运动的发展历程、现实困境进行梳理,并提出相应的发展策略。现实困境:我国冬奥运动项目整体发展不均衡,虽然我国竞技冰壶水平得到了很大的提升,但后备人才储备短缺,教练员的数量和执教能力方面有待于进一步提升,现存基础设施难以满足冰壶运动发展的需求,资金渠道狭窄制约冰壶运动的发展。策略:推进冰壶运动项目的文化内涵发展,提升竞技冰壶运动的组织与管理,建立与扩宽冰壶运动后备人才培养机制和渠道,完善冰壶教练员培训和团队建设,推动“互联网+冰雪体育产业”科技助力冰壶运动的发展。In the past five years,China has given top priority to sports development by accelerating the building of a strong country in sports and making good preparations for the Beijing winter Olympics and Paralympic games.This study uses literature materials,logical analysis and other research methods to sort out the development process and practical difficulties of curling in China,and put forward corresponding development strategies.Dilemma:the games sports in our country overall development is not balanced,although the level of competitive sport in China got a lot of ascension,but shortage of reserve talent pool,the number of coaches and coaching ability remains to be further ascension,existing infrastructure to meet the demand of development of curling,capital channel narrow constraints the development of the curling.Strategy:promote the cultural connotation development of curling,improve the organization and management of competitive curling,establish and expand the mechanism and channels of cultivating reserve curling talents,improve the training of curling coaches and team building,and promote the "Internet + ice and snow sports industry" technology to help the development of curling.
