摘  要:车轮螺栓成形属大料小变形的塑性成形,成形工艺与毛坯设计不合理,容易产生材料填充不足、成形的零件出现起皱和裂纹等缺陷,通过Deform软件的3D成形分析模块,能快速准确地预测车轮螺栓成形中可能出现的缺陷,优化预成形毛坯与工艺方案,以缩短研发周期,降低试模成本,对于类似零件的设计开发提供了参考。The wheel bolt forming is plastic forming with small deformation of large material. If the forming process and blank design was unreasonable, it is easy to generate underfill, wrinkle and crack defects. By means of 3 D forming analytic module of Deform software, the debugging process could rapidly and accurately predict the possible defects in wheel bolt forming. Then, the preforming blank designand process program would be optimized to shorten the development cycle and reduce cost, which had provided a reference for similar parts.
