摘  要:以浮子室为例介绍了CAD/CAE技术在压铸模设计中的应用,首先初步确定模具布局,建立带浇注系统的铸件三维模型,然后采用CAE技术模拟和分析铸件的成型过程,在此基础上,确定优化后的模具设计方案,最后综合应用CAD软件完成压铸模设计。Taking the float chamber as an example, the application of CAD/CAE technology in die casting die design was introduced. Firstly, the die layout was confirmed and the three dimensional model with gating system was established. Secondly, the CAE technology was applied to simulate and analyze the casting process, and the optimized die design scheme was confirmed on this basis. Lastly, the die casting die was designed by applying CAD software integrately.
