摘  要:快走丝线切割加工中因钼丝抖动造成切割稳定性下降,切割工件表面残留较粗的切割纹路,粗糙度增大,精度降低,对其影响因素进行分析,通过在运丝系统中安装钼丝张紧装置和采用精度较高的导丝嘴及导轮,将钼丝的运行抖动控制在合理范围,提高了工件的加工质量。The cutting stability was declined due to molybdenum wire shaking in fast wire cutting process, the part's surface remained rough cutting lines which increased its roughness and declined its precision. According to analyze the influence factors, the shaking of molybdenum wire running was controlled in a reasonable scope by installing a molybdenum wire tensioning device and adopting the high precision guide nozzle and the idler pulley, which improved the quality of the parts forming.
