孕期保健联合孕前优生指导对高龄产妇的影响及妊娠结局

摘　　要：目的探讨孕期保健联合孕前优生指导对高龄产妇及妊娠结局的影响。方法回顾性分析我院2016年1月-2018年1月收治的高龄产妇85例,根据围产期护理措施不同分为对照组与观察组,其中对照组43例,观察组42例。对照组产妇接受孕前优生指导,观察组产妇在对照组产妇护理基础上联合孕期保健。比较两组妊娠结局、心理健康评分、新生儿并发症发生率。结果观察组产妇正常妊娠率高于对照组(P>0.05)。护理前,对照组与观察组患者SDS、SAS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后观察组患者SDS、SAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组新生儿并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论孕期保健联合孕前优生指导可显著改善高龄产妇负性心理、降低新生儿并发症发生率、提高生产结局,值得大力推广。Objective To investigate the effects of pregnancy care combined with pre-pregnancy eugenics guidance on maternal and pregnancy outcomes.Methods A retrospective analysis of 85 cases of elderly women admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 1818 was divided into control group and observation group according to different perinatal nursing measures,including 43 cases in the control group and 42 cases in the observation group.The pregnant women in the control group received pre-pregnancy eugenics guidance,and the observing group maternal women were combined with pregnancy care on the basis of maternal care in the control group.The pregnancy outcomes,mental health scores,and incidence of neonatal complications were compared between the two groups.Results The normal pregnancy rate of the maternal group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P>0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in SDS and SAS scores between the control group and the observation group(P<0.05).The SDS and SAS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of neonatal complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Pregnancy care combined with pre-pregnancy eugenics guidance can significantly improve the negative psychology of older women,reduce the incidence of neonatal complications,and improve production outcomes.It is worth promoting.
