摘  要:为探讨不同耐盐性狗牙根对盐胁迫响应差异,明确狗牙根盐适应机制。以耐盐(Cd026、Cd032)及不耐盐(Cd013、Cd043)狗牙根种质为材料,对其在不同NaCl胁迫下(0%、0.5%、1.0%、1.5%)苗期生长及生理指标进行测定。结果表明,随盐胁迫增加,狗牙根叶片枯黄率、叶片相对电导率呈增加趋势,株高、叶长、地上生物量、叶片相对含水量、叶绿素含量、气孔导度呈降低趋势,而净光合速率、蒸腾速率、地下生物量变化不明显或波动较大。盐胁迫后,与Cd013、Cd043比,Cd026、Cd032叶片相对电导率较低、增加缓慢,叶绿素含量相对较高,生物量积累较慢,枯黄率较低。In order to discuss the responsive difference of Cynodon dactylon to salt stress,the growth and physiological indexes of salt-resistance germplasm(Cd026 and Cd032) and non-salt germplasm(Cd013 and Cd043) under different salt stresses(the mass ratio of NaCl was 0%,0.5%,1.0% and 1.5%) at seedling stage were measured. The results showed that with the increasing of salt stress,leaves firing percentage and relative conductivity of C. dactylon showed an increasing trend,the height,leaves length,above biomass,leaves relative water content,chlorophyll content and stomatal conductance presented a downward trend,while net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate,underground biomass displayed no significant changes or fluctuation. Compared with non-salt materials(Cd026 and Cd032), the leaves conductivity and its increase ratio for salt C. dactylon(Cd026 and Cd032) was slow,the chlorophyll content was high,the accumulating biomass was slow and the leaves firing percentage was little after salt stress.
