摘　　要：为解决消失模铸造工艺生产球铁管件时产生的椭圆变形,通过分析变形的特征及产生的原因,选用湿法套装砂圈工艺,提高了模型圆整度及刚性,使管件产品椭圆变形得到了有效的控制。In order to solve the elliptic deformation of ductile iron tube produced by EPC process, the characteristics and causes of deformation were analyzed, and the sand ring technology of wet process was selected, which improved the roundness and rigidity of the model and effectively controlled the elliptic deformation of the tube.
