摘  要:通过对压铸机、注塑机合模装置锁紧机构的分析,提出一种新型的两板机合模机构。与目前市场上常见的合模机构不同,其区别在于锁紧机构,采用随动螺母和锁紧油缸进行锁紧,锁模力即为螺栓预紧力,并可实时控制随动螺母与动模板间隙使其保持在一个固定值,随动螺母采用标准水系统45°锯齿形螺纹。校核了螺纹连接强度,并基于ANSYS进行了应力分析。Through the analysis of the locking mechanism of die casting machine and injection molding machine, a new type of two-plate clamping mechanism was put forward. The device was different from common clamping mechanism on the market at present, the difference was that a locking mechanism, the locking device adopts servo lock nut and lock cylinder, clamping force was the bolt pre-tightening force, and it can real time control with the nut and template clearance to keep them in a fixed value, along with the nut with a standard water system 45° serrated thread. The thread connection strength was checked and the stress was analyzed based on ANSYS.
