摘　　要：创新是驱动经济发展的核心关键。为探究“互联网+”创新如何驱动制造业发展,从“互联网+”创新驱动制造业发展的运行机制、运行模式和发展途径等方面,提出“创新互联网平台”和“智慧创新元”的概念,深入研究“互联网+”创新驱动制造业的演化发展。“互联网+”创新是一种全新的创新模式,可以彻底改变传统的创新模式,变革制造业的组织模式,驱动制造业关键技术跨越发展,实现制造业转型升级。研究结论具有一定的理论和实践意义,以期为制造业发展提供参考和借鉴。Innovation is the core key to drive economic development. In order to explore how "Internet Plus" innovation drives manufacturing growth, this paper proposes the concept of "Internet System of Innovation" and "Smart Innovation Element", deeply studies the evolution of "Internet Plus" innovation drives manufacturing development from the aspects of mechanism, operation mode and implementation path."Internet Plus" innovation is a brand new innovation model, it can completely change the traditional innovation model, change the organizational model of manufacturing, and drive the key technologies of manufacturing, may help realize the upgrading and developing of traditional manufacturing. The research conclusion has certain theoretical and practical significance, in order to provide reference and reference for the development of manufacturing industry.
