摘　　要：通过对型钢生产线蓄热式加热炉复合炉门内辊道进行油气润滑适应性改造,消除了复合炉门结构带来的弊端,提高了新系统的供油能力与轴承润滑性能,设备改造更加适合恶劣的工作环境与现场工艺要求。Through the oil-air lubrication adaptability modification of conveyor rollers within the compound furnace door of regenerative reheating furnace in the section steel production line, the disadvantage of compound furnace door structure was eliminated, the oil supply capacity and bearing lubrication performance of new system were improved, and the equipment modification is more suitable for the harsh working environment and the on-site process requirements.
