摘  要:在目前钢铁行业普遍要求降本增效的大环境下,石灰石替代部分生石灰具有较大的降本空间,成分较生石灰更加趋于稳定、烧结矿的物理指标和化学指标提升较为明显。莱钢400m^2烧结机通过提升料温、优化加水方式、削弱生产过程中对生石灰增强制粒和提升料温的依赖性,将石灰石的使用比例稳定在60%以上,实施后转鼓指数均值提升0.33%以上,筛分指数降低0.39%,碱度合格率提升2%以上。At present, under the general environment of reducing cost and increasing efficiency requirement in the iron and steel industry, there is a larger space for reducing cost through replacing part of quicklime with limestone, and its composition tends to be more stable than quicklime, the physical and chemical indexes of sinter are improved significantly. For 400 m^2 sintering machine in Laiwu Steel, through raising the temperature of burden, optimizing the water-adding way, reducing the dependence of quicklime enhancing granulation and material temperature raising in the production process, stabilizing the use proportion of limestone at more than 60%, and after implementation, the average drum index was increased by more than 0.33%, the screening index was decreased by 0.39%, and the alkalinity qualification rate was increased by more than 2%.
