摘　　要：分析了型钢厂中型线H200mm×200mm规格U1咬入条件,查找导致咬入困难的关键因素,对关键影响参数进行修改,彻底解决了U1咬入困难问题。In the paper, the biting conditions of H200 mm × 200 mm U1 in the medium-sized production line of the section steel plant were analyzed, the factors leading to the biting difficulty was found out, and the key influencing parameters were modified, thus the problem of U1 biting difficulty was completely solved.
