摘  要:目的 比较三种不同粒径丹参超微粉理化性质差异,为超微粉碎技术在院内中药制剂中的应用提供实验依据。方法 通过超微粉碎技术制作三种不同粒度的丹参超微粉,并比较粒径、休止角、堆密度及6种有效成分含量差异,结果用SPSS22.0进行统计分析。结果 随着粒径的减小,丹参粉体的比表面积显著增加,流动性稍有降低,水溶性成分含量无显著性差异,而脂溶性成分丹参酮IIA及隐丹参酮有显著增加;粒径为30μm时各项性质均能满足生产需求。结论 超微粉化能促进丹参脂溶性成分的溶出,可为院内中药制剂筛选丹参最佳粉碎粒径提供参考。Objective To compare the differences in physical and chemical properties of three different particle sizes of Salvia miltiorrhiza ultrafine powder, in order to provide experimental basis for the application of ultrafine grinding technology in hospital preparations. Methods The ultrafine powders of three different particle sizes of Salvia miltiorrhiza are prepared by ultrafine pulverizer. The particle size, fluidity and active ingredient content are investigated. SPSS 22.0 is used for statistical analysis. Results With the decrease of particle size, the specific surface area of Danshen powder increased significantly, the fluidity decreased slightly, the content of water-soluble components do not change significantly, and the fat-soluble components tanshinone IIA and cryptotanshinone increased. When the particle size is 30 μm, the properties can meet the production requirements. Conclusion Ultrafine powdering can promote the dissolution of the fat-soluble components of Salvia miltiorrhiza. It can provide a reference for screening the optimal particle size of the hospital preparations.
