榄香烯注射液腹腔热灌注方案治疗晚期胃癌癌性腹腔积液患者疗效临床观察

摘　　要：目的 观察榄香烯注射液对晚期胃癌癌性腹腔积液患者腹腔热灌注后的治疗及副作用。方法 42例晚期胃癌出现癌性腹腔积液患者随机分2组,两组均接受腹腔热灌注(治疗组方案:榄香烯单药,对照方案:顺铂)治疗,观察两组患者治疗前后腹腔积液对比情况及副作用。结果 治疗组治疗后疗效与对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗组治疗后白细胞、血小板、血红蛋白的骨髓抑制情况明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 榄香烯注射液在治疗晚期胃癌癌性腹腔积液患者疗效与顺铂差异无统计学意义,且骨髓抑制作用较低。Objective To observe the therapeutic and side effects of elemene injection on malignant ascites in patients with advanced gastric cancer after continuous hyperthermic peritoneal perfusion(CHPP). Methods 42 patients with malignant ascites of advanced gastric cancer are randomly divided into two groups. The two groups are treated with intraperitoneal hyperthermia perfusion (treatment group: elemene, control group: cisplatin). The contrast and side effects of peritoneal effusion before and after treatment are observed. Results There is no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group (P > 0.05). The myelosuppression of leukocytes, platelets and hemoglobin in the treatment group is significantly less than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion There is not significant different in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer patients with malignant ascites between Elemene and cisplatin. The myelosuppression of elemene is lower than cisplatin.
