摘　　要：目的促进术中用药的规范化管理,提升以患者为中心的药学服务能力。方法根据JCI药品管理与使用规定,制订术中用药管理规范。通过PDCA闭环管理方法,强化高警讯药品安全管理。通过医疗失效模式和效应分析(HFMEA),阻断冷链药品在手术药房及手术间循环中的断点。以麻醉箱药品周转率为检测指标,合理设定药品种类及基数,科学化管理药品效期和批号。结果结合多种管理方法改进手术药房预摆药模式,可保证术中用药安全、高效、易得,监控追踪。结论专职药师规范化管理术中药品,可显著提高术中用药安全,符合JCI标准下的以患者为中心的安全医疗。Objective To promote the standardized management of intraoperative medication and improve the patient-centered pharmaceutical care ability. Methods According to the drug management and regulation of drug use in the Joint Commission International( JCI) standard,the management regulations of intraoperative mediccation were formulated. PDCA closed-loop management method was used to strengthen the safety management of high-risk drugs. Healthcare failure mode and effect analysis( HFMEA) was used to block the breakpoints in the circulation of cold-chain drugs in the operating room. With the drug turnover rate of the anesthesia box as the detection index,the drug types and bases were reasonably set,the drug expiration period and batch number were scientifically managed. Results Combined with various management methods the improuement of pre-dispensing mode in operation pharmacy could ensure the safety,high efficiency,easy access,monitoring and tracking of intraoperative medication. Conclusion The management of intraoperative medicines standardized by full-time pharmacists can significantly improve the safety of intraoperative medication and meet the JCI standard of patient-oriented safe medical treatment.
