摘 要:研究影响变截面杆交界面附近应力场分布的因素与规律对于精细化动态力学性能试验有着一定的理论支撑作用。利用量纲分析理论对影响变截面杆交界面附近区域应力紊乱的影响,分析表明,影响应力紊乱区的主要无量纲因素有面积系数和相对入射强度系数两个。利用ABAQUS软件,对不同无量纲影响系数下的杆中应力波传播与演化开展计算机仿真研究,研究结论显示,无量纲入射波强度对于应力紊乱并没有明显的影响;当面积匹配系数为0.09~0.81区间内的值时,应力紊乱区长度在大杆和小杆中的相对尺寸基本分别在0.70~1.00和0.51~0.60之间。The study of the factors and rules affecting the distribution of stress field near the interface of the bar with variable cross-section provides a certain theoretical support for elaborating dynamic mechanical properties test.Using dimensional analysis theory, the influence on the stress disturbance in the area near the interface of the bar with variable cross-section were analyzed. The analysis shows that the main dimensionless factors affecting the stress disturbance area are area coefficient and relative incident intensity coefficient. Based on the theory of dimensional analysis, a series of simulations were carried out using the software of ABAQUS. The conclusions show that the dimensionless incident stress wave strength has almost no obvious influence on the stress distribution.Furthermore,with the area matching factors varying from 0.03 to 0.81, the relative lengths of the stress disorder zone in bigger cross-sectional part and the smaller part changed from 0.70 to 1.00 and from 0.55 to 0.6, respectively.
